If you aren’t available to accept delivery of your package, it will either be left in a safe location or you will be contacted to arrange alternative pick up or delivery arrangements.
Off The Plinth does not take any liability for goods lost in transit, however we will do our best to assist if this situation should arise.
We understand that sometimes we all buy things we later regret. Whether it doesn’t fit or you simply changed your mind, Off The Plinth will offer you an exchange voucher or refund provided that:
• You contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. If the item is in your possession more than 5 days, it is considered used and we will not issue a refund or replacement.
• You return the item within 21 days of purchase;
• Includes the original packaging;
• The item is in resalable condition including that:
– Unused and in its original condition.
If these requirements are not satisfied Off The Plinth reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher or refund.
Some sale and special promotion items may have alternative return conditions, which will be clearly specified on the product page or at checkout.
Off The Plinth will not accept product returns and provide you with an exchange voucher or refund where:
• The product is damaged, defective, or substantially different from the item represented on the product detail page.
Off The Plinth reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher or refund where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
Off The Plinth will not refund return postal expenses unless the item is proven to be faulty.
If you have just made your order please contact Customer Care immediately via Email to organise a cancellation of your current purchase. You will then be contacted by Customer Care and given a return address. As soon as we receive your return, we will check that the conditions above are met before providing you with an exchange voucher so that you may purchase an alternative product.

Once your return has been accepted, we will refund the purchase amount directly to the account used to make the original purchase. Please allow five (5) business days after we receive your return for us to process and refund the original purchase amount.
You may not see the return in your account for up to 20 days depending on your financial institution.

In the event that stock levels are lower than what is stated on the website, and we don’t have any of the product you have purchased left in stock, Off The Plinth reserves the right to refund your purchase or offer store credit.

If your account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Off The Plinth shall issue a credit to your account in the amount of the incorrect price.
